About WEX
The Writers’ Express (WEX) is a Boston-based division of Wireless Generation, Inc. with a 15-year record of driving measurable gains in the literacy skills of students in grades 3-12. In 2008, WEX reached 20,000 students by training the instructional staff of schools and working directly with students in Greater Boston, Springfield, NYC, San Francisco, Milwaukee and Johannesburg, South Africa. In 2009, WEX plans to continue its expansion to reach 40,000 students in more schools and cities across the country.
