This module is a day-by-day introduction to the routines, habits, and attitudes that are the foundation of the WEX Method™.

The Teacher’s Toolkit provides materials to track student progress so that teachers can prioritize the needs of their students.

The Supervisor's Toolkit provides the tools that enable principals to coach their teachers so that classroom instruction makes the greatest impact on student performance.
Workshops
Workshops move teachers and coaches through a steadily deepening understanding of how to put the WEX Method™ into practice and maximize student performance. 
Topics include:
- Instituting the classroom routines and student habits that drive a writing community
- Developing strategies for struggling writers
- Differentiating instruction by tracking skills and analyzing student work
- Providing effective, useable feedback – both orally and in writing
- Using writing to drive reading development
- Implementing writing as a learning tool across the curriculum
